Conditional editor type

I am wondering if it is possible to change the editor type based on the value of a cell in the corresponding row of another field. For example if USA is selected from the country field, I want to have a the editor type for the state field set as "select" with a list of US states, but if any other country is entered in the country field, I want the state field editor type set to "text".

Any ideas on how best to implement this would be great.

Currently you can't do that. We are considering adding this feature in the next version

In this ideas order... is possible to change the value to the select field??(List,combobox) when a value is input in another field from the same row? or simple add values in a array from the select field?
