I wonder about the possibility of using Sigma Grid for my next project.

Does Sigma Grid support copy/past from Excel ?
I mean is it possible to :
- select a bloc of 2 rows and 3 columns (then 6 cells) in a Excel sheet
- do Ctrl C
- select a cell in a Sigma Grid
- do Ctrl V
And the 6 cells are copied to the sigma grid ?

With Sigma Grid, is it possible from the mouse (not by API) to select a block of cells ?

Thank for your help.

Ok. Thank.

So, is it possible for us to intercept the Ctrl-V event on a cell and code (in javascript) the past of the clipboard in different cells ?

I guess yes but I would like a confirmation.

Hello steve,
I am new to sigma Grid, but i find it very useful.
Our team is planning to use sigma grid as our UI component for our project.
So i went through the documentation and demos, but i couldn't find a demo that demonstrate how exactly i can import excel to the Grid.
And if copy and paste is not supported from excel to grid, the alternative is as mention intervening the ctrl-v mechanism.
so I would be very glad if you could give me some samples on how exactly i can import excel data to grid.

Thank you ...
