Datepicker bug

Hi ,

I test the latest V.2.1 sigma widgets,
in the samples
http://.../samples/linb/serialize/Form/index.html

if you look at the
{ "id" : "datepicker", "type" : "datepicker", "value" : new Date(2008,11,9) },

the datepicket is set to 09/Nov/2008
but after it created the form , it display as 12/9/2008(Dec/09/2008) SO THERE is a bug .

If should be Nov instead of Dec.

In javascript: new Date(2008,11,9) is "Dec 09 2008".
